IDOM is seeking a Document Controller for its Buildings team in Bilbao to join complex international projects. The role combines office-based document control with occasional site travel, supporting mobilization and delivery phases while ensuring structured document management throughout the lifecycle.

You'll work in a multinational setting using ACC, Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM workflows, collaborating with project teams to manage RFIs, submittals, and handover dossiers, and you will have

Formación

• 3–5 years of document management experience.
• Experience with CDEs such as ACC, Aconex and SharePoint.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, deliverables, as‑built docs and handover dossiers.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and control project documentation across complex international building projects.
• Support mobilization, implementation and key delivery phases with document management.
• Monitor document status and ensure accurate distribution to project teams.
