Preply, Barcelona-based, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Growth Strategy & Operations (PLG & Pricing). This full-time role partners with Product, Engineering and Finance to accelerate Product Led Growth and define pricing strategy across the marketplace.

Formación

• 8 or more years of relevant experience in growth strategy, commercial strategy, pricing, monetisation, business operations or a related role within a product-led technology business.
• Evidence of owning meaningful commercial KPIs for a growth area, business unit, channel or product, and of translating strategy into measurable business impact.
• Strong commercial judgement and a solid understanding of lifetime value, margin, unit economics and the trade-offs involved in growing a two-sided marketplace.

Responsabilidades

• Own the business and product strategy for Product Led Growth and Pricing and Discounting, turning Preply's priorities into clear choices, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Take responsibility for agreed commercial KPIs, including NSGMV and share of NSGMV, incremental lifetime value, margin and LTV to CAC efficiency.
• Develop pricing and discounting strategy across the marketplace, including tutor pricing, learner prices, promotions, discounts and incentives.
