ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead the pre-opening revenue strategy for rooms and villas in Ibiza. You will collaborate with Reservations, Commercial, Sales and operations to shape pricing, demand forecasting and channel mix.

The role requires senior-level experience in luxury hotel revenue management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.

Qualificações

• Five years+ hotel revenue management experience, ideally luxury/five-star.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and commercial decision-making skills.
• Experience using Mews and IDeaS is strongly preferred.
• Luxury hotel opening/pre-opening experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and on-property teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Based in Ibiza or able to relocate before starting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine pricing and rate strategies across rooms and villas.
• Produce short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Manage rate parity, inventory allocation and channel mix (direct, OTA, GDS, wholesale).
• Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with Reservations, Commercial, Sales and Front Office.
• Monitor competitor activity, market demand and Ibiza seasonal patterns.
• Partner with Sales/Commercial on group, wholesale and villa pricing strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and revenue reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and business-planning cycles.
• Ensure Mews PMS and IDeaS RMS are configured, maintained and used effectively.
• Translate commercial strategy into actions for Reservations and on-property teams.

ZEST is an exciting new luxury resort opening in Ibiza, featuring 206 rooms and seven private villas within a design-led, wellness-focused setting that combines barefoot luxury with the island's natural landscape.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Revenue Management to join our pre-opening team and shape ZEST's revenue strategy from the ground up.

You will lead revenue performance across our rooms and villa inventory. Working closely with the Reservations, Commercial, Sales and operational teams, you will help establish ZEST as one of Ibizas leading luxury destinations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and continually refining pricing and rate strategies across rooms and villas.
• Producing short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Managing rate parity, inventory allocation and channel mix across direct, OTA, GDS and wholesale channels.
• Leading weekly revenue strategy meetings with Reservations, Commercial, Sales and Front Office.
• Monitoring competitor activity, market demand and Ibiza's seasonal trading patterns.
• Partnering with Sales and Commercial colleagues on group, wholesale and villa pricing strategies.
• Preparing performance reports and revenue reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and business-planning cycles.
• Ensuring Mews PMS and IDeaS RMS are configured, maintained and used effectively.
• Translating commercial strategy into practical actions for Reservations and on-property teams.

What we're looking for

• At least five years' experience in hotel revenue management, ideally within a luxury or five-star resort environment.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and commercial decision-making skills.
• Experience using Mews and IDeaS is strongly preferred.
• Previous involvement in a luxury hotel opening or pre-opening project would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to collaborate confidently with senior stakeholders and operational hotel teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
• Candidates must be based in Ibiza or able to relocate to the island before commencing the role.
