Job summary

ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join the pre-opening team on-site in Ibiza. You will oversee the Reservations function and shape the resort’s revenue strategy for rooms and private villas, translating plans into daily actions with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel revenue management, strong forecasting and commercial skills, and experience with Mews and IDeaS. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Experience leading or supervising a Reservations team or strong ops knowledge.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and commercial decision-making skills.
• Experience with Mews and IDeaS is highly preferred.
• Experience on luxury hotel openings or pre-opening projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Job description

ZEST is an exciting new luxury resort opening in Ibiza, featuring 206 rooms and seven private villas in a design-led, wellness-focused setting inspired by the island’s natural landscape.

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our pre-opening team and help build the resort’s revenue strategy from the ground up. This is an on-site role, with responsibility for overseeing the Reservations team and making sure revenue plans translate into effective day-to-day activity.

You will manage revenue performance across our rooms and villa inventory, working closely with Reservations, Commercial, Sales and operational colleagues to help establish ZEST as one of Ibiza’s leading luxury destinations.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and refine pricing and rate strategies across rooms and villas.
• Prepare short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Manage rate parity, inventory allocation and channel mix across direct, OTA, GDS and wholesale channels.
• Lead regular revenue meetings with Reservations, Commercial, Sales and Front Office.
• Oversee the Reservations team, supporting effective processes, performance and service.
• Monitor competitor activity, market demand and Ibiza’s seasonal trading patterns.
• Work with Sales and Commercial colleagues on group, wholesale and villa pricing.
• Prepare performance reports and revenue reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Help ensure Mews PMS and IDeaS RMS are configured, maintained and used effectively.
• Turn revenue plans into practical actions for Reservations and on-property teams.

What we’re looking for

• At least five years’ experience in hotel revenue management, ideally in a luxury or five-star resort.
• Experience leading or supervising a Reservations team, or a strong understanding of Reservations operations.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and commercial decision-making skills.
• Experience using Mews and IDeaS is strongly preferred.
• Involvement in a luxury hotel opening or pre-opening project would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and hotel operational teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
• Able to work on-site in Ibiza and based on the island, or willing to relocate before starting.
