Tomorrowland is expanding to Ibiza and seeks a hands-on Revenue Director to lead the overall revenue strategy for the new project. You will maximise revenue across GA, VIP and premium experiences while aligning with management on data-driven commercial decisions.

The role combines strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, seasonal environment, requiring 8+ years in revenue analytics and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Yield or Commercial Analytics.
• 3+ years at senior management or director level.
• Proven track record in premium hospitality, nightlife, events, or high-volume environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the revenue strategy across GA, VIP, premium tables, reservations and other revenue streams.
• Drive pricing, yield and inventory optimisation based on demand, pace, capacity and market conditions.
• Set revenue targets and KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting and demand analysis across booking pace and trends.
• Proactively adjust pricing, inventory and strategies to maximise revenue and yield.
• Maximise revenue from VIP tables and high-value guests through upselling strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure commercial alignment.
• Lead revenue reporting using ticketing, reservation, CRM, POS and BI systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and revenue-management tools.
