Job summary

UBQ is seeking a Head of Global Events & Travel to lead strategy, governance, and execution of our global events and corporate travel portfolio. You will oversee flagship events, VIP gatherings, internal meetings, and a comprehensive travel program, partnering with C-level leaders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand standards, cost control, and exceptional attendee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of global events and corporate travel.
• Oversee flagship/conference, VIP engagements, and client-facing events with internal teams and external agencies.
• Oversee internal meetings, offsites, and the travel operating model transition.
• Own global travel strategy, master agreements, and major escalations; ensure duty of care and GDPR compliance.
• Manage consolidated budgets, forecasts, and vendor negotiations with strategic partners.
