Job summary

You will design courses with experts, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and represent CooperSurgical at scientific meetings while building a high‑impact education program that strengthens clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master and PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Advanced training in embryology and significant hands-on experience in an IVF laboratory.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage scientific/clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance professional education initiatives for IVF labs and clinics globally.
• Develop and deliver hands-on training, simulations, virtual courses, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and IMS to align clinical support with business goals.
