Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Managing Director to lead growth and strategic development in the Assisted Reproduction and IVF sector. You will define the business strategy, drive expansion, and ensure financial and operational excellence in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

The role requires senior leadership experience in IVF or biotech, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in MD/GM roles.
• Background in IVF, reproductive medicine, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven success scaling businesses and driving growth.
• Experience developing partnerships with clinics, distributors, and international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the short, medium, and long-term growth strategy.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assisted reproduction and fertility markets.
• Establish strategic relationships with clinics, healthcare providers, distributors, and research institutions.
• Lead commercial activities and negotiate strategic agreements, partnerships, licensing, and distribution contracts.
• Drive international expansion initiatives and market-entry strategies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Monitor operations for efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with scientific, regulatory, and quality teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and healthcare requirements.
• Prepare business reports and present updates to shareholders, investors, and board.
