Autodesk, Inc. in Barcelona seeks a Senior Associate Digital Business Representative to independently manage transactional digital sales opportunities and drive attainment.

You will own inbound and signal-based outbound motions, manage the full sales cycle for low-to-moderate complexity transactions, and deliver a seamless digital buying experience. This hybrid role reports to a Digital Business Manager and uses CRM dashboards and digital signals to prioritize high‑value opportunities,

Formación

• 2+ years of inside SaaS or tech sales experience.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience owning full sales cycle for transactional opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and manage pipeline through inbound calls, chat, MQLs, and outbound campaigns.
• Independently close transactional opportunities within defined ACV targets.
• Achieve quarterly ACV, revenue, and pipeline goals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct structured discovery, handle objections, and engage via phone, email, and chat.
• Use CRM dashboards and signals to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Monitor and improve inbound-to-close conversion performance.
• Ensure SLA adherence and strong response rates.
• Collaborate with Territory, Emerging, Renewals, and Enterprise teams for handoffs.
• Coordinate with Digital E Commerce and Marketing to improve customer pathways.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation for closed-loop reporting.
