Radisson Hotel Group in Madrid is seeking a technical payments specialist to support the day-to-day operation of our LHG and RHG digital payment platform. You will work with internal teams, PSPs, acquirers, and orchestration platforms to ensure stable, secure payment processing across digital channels.

You will investigate incidents, assist integrations and onboarding of new payment methods, maintain documentation, and promote improvements to payment reliability and customer experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting digital payment solutions.
• Experience with payment service providers, acquirers, or payment orchestration platforms.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or multi-market eCommerce environments preferred.
• Understanding of payment lifecycle, 3DS, tokenization.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA and data privacy requirements.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration platforms.
• SAP integrations knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operations of LHG digital payment platform.
• Act as a technical resource for payment topics, assisting with flows, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve payment incidents, transaction failures, and integration issues.
• Coordinate with PSPs, acquirers, and payment orchestration platforms to maintain reliable integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in testing, onboarding, and readiness activities for payment enhancements.
