Palm Era is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead digital campaigns across Google and Meta, ensuring high-impact performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires 8+ years in ad agency settings, strong strategic thinking, and fluent English. You will plan, optimize, and report on campaigns while mentoring the team in a fast-paced international agency environment in Spain.

Formación

• At least 8+ years of experience in advertising agencies.
• Proven track record managing Paid Media campaigns on Google & Meta.
• Bachelor's degree with a digital emphasis in advertising/marketing preferred.
• English proficiency is a MUST.

Paid Media Manager PALM ERA, an international marketing agency, is currently looking for a Paid Media Manager highly experienced with Meta & Google and fully bilingual ENG.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.
