Metyis Madrid is seeking a Digital Commerce Manager to lead and grow our Amazon business, collaborating with a U.S.-based client to deliver data-driven commerce initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes across digital channels.

The role requires 5–8 years in consulting with a strong Digital Commerce background, excellent management and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of consulting/agency experience, with focus on digital commerce.
• Demonstrated expertise on Third Party Platforms (e.g. Amazon, Zalando).
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and ensure engagement quality.
• Strong analytical skills and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Amazon-focused workstreams and vendor management activities, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Drive growth of the Amazon business and accelerate client sales and operational performance.
• Shape and execute the Data & Analytics roadmap with data-driven hypotheses and frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level materials translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Support internal capability-building and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.
