The HEINEKEN Company in Madrid seeks a Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives within the Commerce domain. You will bridge business and tech teams, ensuring governance and value realization in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Focus on aligning local initiatives with regional priorities and global standards, driving measurable impact and delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in project/program management within technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital or IT initiatives in FMCG, retail, or B2B/B2C contexts.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions with measurable impact.
• Experience with regional/global governance and large-scale transformation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of technology projects from initiation to deployment and hypercare.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across complex initiatives.
• Drive executive-level communications, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Ensure initiatives align with regional priorities and global standards.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote agile ways of working.
