Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering)
• Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities under pressure
• Strong technical acumen to assess architectures and security gaps
• Intellectual curiosity with drive for continuous learning
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows
• Native fluency in German and business-level English

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities
• Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements
• Run POVs with success criteria demonstrating value of the platform
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts’ technical requirements
• Learn and test cyber security techniques against Falcon platform
• Provide informal training on CrowdStrike technology and messaging
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback and support issues
