Loxam España in Madrid seeks a Car Sales Representative - Fleet Remarketing Specialist to drive the sale of young used cars to official dealers, traders and wholesalers. You will develop and expand the buyer base, search for new opportunities, manage offers, appraise damages and coordinate invoicing, while supporting the Car Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales and P&L targets.

A BA or MBA in Business Administration, 4–7 years in the used car sector, and fluent English are required; French is

Formación

• Degree (BA or MBA) in Business Administration or similar.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in used cars market, manufacturers, leasing, rent-a-car companies or dealership.
• Excellent level of English; other languages desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Sell young used car stock to official dealers, traders and wholesalers.
• Identify new opportunities and manage customer base across multiple countries.
• Prepare offers, appraise damages and issue invoices for used cars.
• Manage customer complaints and foster buyer relationships.
• Support Fleet Sales Manager in achieving monthly targets.
• Collaborate with Fleet Acquisition on offers valuation and analysis.

Car Sales Representative - Fleet Remarketing Specialist to Remarketing Manager (Car Sales)

The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to cover the sell of young used car sales to official dealers, traders and wholesalers

Tasks

• Risk Fleet sales.
• Search for new opportunities
• Advanced Sales: Agreeing sales subsequently materialize.
• Manage and find new customers from multiple countries
• Execute used cars sales including sending offers, damage appraisal and invoicing
• Complaint management
• Manage and develop effectively in order to foster buyer base
• Development and expansion of existing customer base
• Close cooperation with other team members
• Support Car Sales Manager on achieving monthly sales and P&L targets
• Support Fleet Acquisition on new offers valuation and analysis.

Educational Background

Degree (BA or MBA) in Business Administration or similar.

Professional Experience

4 - 7 years of experience used cars market, manufactures, leasing, rent a car companies or dealership.

Knowledge

• Indispensable experience in selling used vehicles
• Desirable previous experience in multinational environment
• High level of English spoken and written - with other languages desirable as French
• Excellent knowledge of the new and or used car market understanding market trends, sales, channels and segmentation
• Ability to identify immediate concerns providing quick and effective responses
• Office (mainly Excel).
