Align Technology is seeking a relationship-driven, insight-led PTM for the North of Spain who will partner with Orthodontic practices and Doctors to grow, streamline operations, and elevate patient experience. You will work with regional sales teams to drive change, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable improvements in patient care.

Travel approximately 70% within the North of Spain, with sales targets in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of sales experience with cross-functional functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Experience in dentistry sales or clinical leadership is a plus.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Assess practice workflows, KPIs, patient journey, and resource use to identify growth opportunities.
• Turn data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Guide practices through process improvements and change initiatives.
• Support teams in maximizing Invisalign and iTero usage.
• Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across each practice.
• Co-create growth plans and uncover new business opportunities.
• Coordinate internal support for practice transformation.
