Diagnocat in Spain is seeking a bilingual Junior Sales Manager to drive growth across the Spanish market. The role is fully remote with travel across Spain, Portugal, and Italy to engage dental practices and partners.

You will develop territory plans, demo Diagnocat solutions, and build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets. The company offers a competitive salary plus performance-based bonus and a supportive international team.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with daily use in calls, meetings, emails, and training.
• Proven experience in territory management, business development, or sales within the dental/healthcare/software sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, develop, and grow an assigned customer portfolio.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with growth objectives.
• Build relationships with dental practices, groups, laboratories, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while achieving sales targets.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Support onboarding and adoption of Diagnocat solutions.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and accurate forecasts using HubSpot.
• Represent Diagnocat at events to generate opportunities and raise brand awareness.
