Dandy is hiring Launch Trainers to deliver world-class onboarding for dental practices in Barcelona. You will conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and on-site) to build confidence in digital workflows, intraoral scanning, and downstream adoption.

This high-impact, customer-facing role includes travel up to 20% and a strong focus on measurable outcomes. Based in Barcelona with an in-office requirement of 4 days a week, you will guide practices through onboarding, monitor early pipeline

Formación

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills; able to simplify technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding sessions for new practices, virtually and on-site.
• Coach post-launch to refine workflows and improve adoption.
• Provide feedback on scan quality and product usage to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.
• Own launch milestones and ensure early practice success.
