Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Madrid is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist dental CAD/CAM customers and internal teams with software, planning and navigation systems across our Digital Dentistry portfolio.

You will troubleshoot issues by phone, email and remote tools, support surgical planning workflows and manage software updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience with dental CAD/CAM, 3Shape, exocad and/or dental planning software.
Previous Customer Service or Technical Support experience in the dental industry.
Advanced IT and computer skills, including CAD/CAM and navigation systems.
Experience with Dynamics or other CRM/ticketing systems.
Knowledge of SAP.
Strong customer orientation, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical and clinical information.
Fluent/native local language and working knowledge of English.
Strong teamwork and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support by phone, email and remote tools to clinical and laboratory customers.
Troubleshoot issues related to dental CAD/CAM software, planning and navigation systems, scanners and printers.
Support customers with surgical planning, scanning and prosthetic design workflows.
Manage software installations, updates and remote technical assistance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Support the creation of tutorials and technical procedures.
