Make It Possible.** We are looking for an **experienced Demand Planner** to join our Iberia Demand Planning & Forecasting team, based in Madrid, Spain. This is a pivotal role within a team managing 800+ SKUs across iconic brands (Oreo, Milka, Fontaneda, LU Prince, TUC, and more) in a fast-paced FMCG food environment where shelf life is a real operational constraint.You will join us at an exciting time: we are preparing for a **major system transformation from SAP APO to O9 Solutions**, and we need someone who is not only technically strong but genuinely energised by change and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on planning role where your experience and expertise will make a real difference to the team and the business. **How you will contribute** You will develop and own the 0–24 month IBP demand forecast by brand and at SKU level for your assigned categories. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building blocks with input from sales, marketing and cross-functional partners. You will also:* **Own the short-term and long-term demand plan**: Manage the weekly disaggregated plan (SKU/location mix and weekly pacing) and the rolling 3–24 month forecast* **Drive the IBP cycle**: Contribute to the demand management cycle of the Integrated Business Planning process, including strategy and structure discussions* **Influence cross-functionally**: Liaise with commercial, supply and operational teams to align on assumptions, challenge inputs, and improve plan quality* **Lead continuous improvement**: Perform root-cause analysis on forecast error, bias and service issues; propose and implement process improvements; share insights with leadership* **Collaborate with modelling teams**: Interact with statistical forecasting teams to generate and refine demand signals* **Deliver the final plan**: Provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust based on supply feedback or commercial changes**More about this role:** You will be joining a team that is going through significant transformation — both in terms of people and systems.
