IFCO Group is seeking a Specialist Data Analytics & Planning (m/f/d) in Valencia. You will drive demand planning, translate commercial plans into forecasts, and collaborate with growers, retailers, and key accounts to optimize supply chain decisions.

You're expected to have a degree in a quantitative field, experience in planning and analytics, and strong Excel plus Power BI/SQL/Databricks skills. The role involves working in a hybrid setup with international teams and offers learning

Formación

  • Degree in a quantitative or business-related field is required.
  • Experience in planning, analytics, supply chain, or commercial support preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis/reporting tools is essential.

Responsabilidades

  • Demand Planning & Commercial Input Management to generate reliable demand signals.
  • Translate plans into forecasts and align with historical data and planning assumptions.
  • Analyze retail data, sell-out patterns, and customer behavior to identify demand drivers.
  • Monitor market developments and competitive activities to support planning and campaigns.
  • Strengthen data quality and governance for SKU-level signals and datasets.
  • Act as primary contact for local demand inputs aiding central planning and S&OP.
  • Translate data into KPIs and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
