A global winery group is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in Madrid. This role involves leading the S&OP and Demand Planning process, ensuring compliance with inventory management policies, and managing customer orders. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in demand planning, with a background in the FMCG or beverage sectors. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or related areas.
• Experience in FMCG and/or beverage industries is preferred.
• Advanced English is mandatory.

Overview

Grupo Peñaflor, an Argentine company part of Grupo Terold, a winery group with operations throughout the world, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join the team based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP and Demand Planning process for EMEA, ensuring accurate demand reports to Supply units across all BUs.
• Ensure compliance with forecast accuracy policies that enable proper inventory management.
• Lead strategic portfolio management projects, such as simplification, origin migration, among others.
• Manage the reception and processing of customer orders, ensuring correct entry into the required systems of each BU.
• Drive the volume budget process and monitor company inventories (finished goods and supplies).
• Be responsible for all supply chain links, conducting the necessary analysis to anticipate, limit, and justify deviations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (MBA/Postgraduate preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or related areas in multinational companies.
• Previous experience in FMCG and/or beverage industries.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Location: already located in Madrid, Spain.
