Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe, Barcelona HQ, is seeking an analytical Demand Planner to join our Planning team. You will own forecasts across brands, markets and channels, support seasonal buys, and contribute to the S&OP process in a fast-paced, international environment.

• 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP).
• Experience with SAP and data inputs for demand and inventory.

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded Demand Planner to join our Planning team at our Barcelona HQ.

This is a key role within our EMEA Planning function, sitting at the heart of the organisation's commercial and operational decisions. You will own demand forecasts across assigned brands, markets and channels, support the seasonal Buy process, and contribute to the S&OP cycle — working closely with Sales, Finance, Merchandising and Supply Chain in a fast-paced and international environment.

The main tasks of the position are:

The Demand Planner will be the analytical engine of the EMEA planning process, translating commercial demand signals into high-quality forecasts that support seasonal buy decisions and protect inventory health.

Demand Forecast Ownership

• Own the demand forecast for assigned brands, product categories and sales channels across EMEA
• Build and maintain SKU-level forecasts by analysing historical sales data and commercial inputs
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and drive continuous improvement of the forecasting process

Seasonal Buy Planning

• Support the seasonal Buy process by translating forecasts into purchase requirements aligned with financial targets
• Prepare Buy Plans and support Open-to-Buy activities
• Review MOQ constraints with Supply teams and flag demand changes ahead of Buy approvals

Inventory Health & Risk Management

• Monitor inventory performance and identify risks including stock-outs, slow movers, excess and EOL stock
• Conduct regular ATS (Available-to-Sell) and Weeks of Supply analysis
• Recommend mitigation actions in collaboration with Sales and Supply teams

Reporting & Business Analysis

• Produce and maintain Forecast Accuracy reports, Sell-in / Sell-out analyses and inventory dashboards
• Identify commercial trends and planning anomalies and translate data into clear business insights
• Deliver weekly and monthly planning reports to senior stakeholders

Cross-Functional Planning & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Merchandising and Global Planning to ensure aligned forecasts
• Support Weekly and Monthly S&OP meetings with prepared analysis and clear recommendations
• Drive planning excellence through template standardisation, reporting automation and Power BI development

Position requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP or a similar analytical role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP)
• Working knowledge of SAP (SD/MM) for demand and inventory data
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting/dashboarding tools is highly desirable
• Familiarity with SQL, automation tools or AI-assisted planning is a strong advantage
