JD.com in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Service Provider Management professional to lead DSP partnerships, monitor KPIs, and maintain strategic relationships to ensure efficient operations.

You will coordinate capacity with service providers, handle exceptions, and ensure European compliance standards are met across partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above; approximately five years of experience in DSP partnership management.
• Strong English speaking skills, which can be used as a working language.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Service Provider Management: Responsible for the daily management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Capacity Communication and Coordination: Establish a close communication mechanism with DSP service providers, coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth terminal delivery chains.
• Exception Handling: Lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.
