JD.com is expanding its international footprint and building a cross-border supply chain and world-class logistics network. You will join a team focused on Last Mile capacity planning, risk mitigation, and execution analysis to optimize logistics performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and proven experience in capacity planning, with strong data analysis and MS Office proficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure reliable

Responsabilidades

• Create structured capacity plans for Last Mile within 1–6 months horizon.
• Identify capacity risks and propose mitigation approaches.
• Analyze gaps between plan and execution and coordinate with stakeholders to close them.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance Last Mile capacity.
• Coordinate and execute peak capacity plans during high demand periods.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Last Mile capacity planning: Creation of structured capacity plans on a 1-6 months time frame
• Last Mile Risk Mitigation: Monitor actual capacity to identify capacity risks and propose risk mitigation approaches
• Execution analysis: Analyze and understand gaps between plan and execution and work with relevant stakeholders to rectify gaps
• System and Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly improve the quality of our last mile capacity
• Peak Planning: Create and coordinate the execution of peak capacity plans

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Experience in capacity planning, capacity controlling;
• Proficient in Office software and solid data analysis and management skills.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
