Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of GTCC projects. This hybrid role (Guadalajara office twice a week) requires coordinating with Scrum Masters, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality results.

You will monitor health, risks, and dependencies, drive governance, and report metrics to GTCC leadership while supporting continuous improvement and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery or a related discipline.
• Experience managing multiple projects or a portfolio of technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with project governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring commitments are met across scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for project stakeholders and GTCC Champions.
• Monitor project health, dependencies, risks, issues, and action plans, escalating when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to ensure effective execution.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, KPIs, and status updates for GTCC leadership.
• Proactively identify delivery challenges and implement recovery or mitigation plans.
• Ensure teams follow agreed delivery methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, onboarding, and allocation across projects.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and delivery impediments.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and proactively address concerns or feedback.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, team collaboration, and service quality.
• Support employee engagement by identifying delivery-related challenges impacting team experience and working with leadership on solutions.
• Contribute to GTCC scaling initiatives, standardization, and adoption of best practices across projects.
