Job summary

HP Barcelona is offering a Business Analyst Intern position designed for students in Spain who will contribute to the Supply Chain Services & Returns COE by turning data into insights and helping shape new services. The program runs from February 2027 to September 2027 and provides hands-on experience across teams including Sales, Operations, and IT.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations, or related field.
Willing to start Feb 2027 and stay through Sept 2027.
Eligible to sign an internship agreement with university.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational and business performance data to find issues and trends and help prioritize where the team should act.
Collaborate with owners across Supply Chain, Planning, IT and Customer Support to turn issues into action plans and track closure.
Support the intake funnel for new service requests and help assess, prioritize and move ideas through portfolio governance.
Prepare status updates and dashboards that provide stakeholders with progress, risks, and next steps.
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify work using Power BI, Power Platform and Copilot/AI.
