Agilent Technologies invites ambitious interns to join the Sales Operations & Commercial Analytics team in Barcelona, Spain. You will bridge raw data and strategic commercial execution, leveraging CRM tools, analytics, and AI-driven automation to deliver insights, forecast, and report to sales leadership.

You will gain hands-on experience with Power BI, Salesforce, and AI-enabled business tools while collaborating with local and European teams in a growth-focused environment.

Formación

• Must be currently enrolled in an official study program for the entire 12-month duration.
• Residency: legally based in Spain for the full program.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical, business-minded approach.
• Interest in AI-assisted analysis, automation and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high-quality CRM data and support Salesforce-related sales processes.
• Support Sales managers with forecasting, pipeline analysis, opportunity tracking and business reviews.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and standardized reporting packs.
• Use AI-enabled tools to automate recurring analysis and improve reporting speed and consistency.
• Turn sales and operational data into clear insights, priorities and actions.
• Assist account managers to promote local marketing events and support organizational needs.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and process improvements for Spain sales team.
