Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field in Spain.
• Interest in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Business Operations.
• Strong English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Backlog and order management support under guidance.
• Monitor backlog tools and flag orders at risk of SLA misses.
• Prepare reports for customers and account teams.
• Assist invoicing, order closure, and billing issues.
• Coordinate order changes with data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, and Credit & Collection.
• Learn HP processes and participate in team meetings.
