Job summary

HP Barcelona is offering a Product Delivery & Forecast Transformation Intern position for students in Spain. The role supports a cross-functional improvement project to shorten order-to-delivery turnaround time for 3PO products, starting with Getac, and collaborates with Getac, Foxconn, planning, logistics, and sales operations to map end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; familiarity with Power BI or Copilot is an advantage.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach with data-to-action ability.
• Interest in supply chain, forecasting, order fulfillment and partner management.
• Good written communication, process documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional improvement projects to reduce order-to-delivery time.
• Map end-to-end delivery flow and analyze delivery-date accuracy.
• Develop a repeatable forecast and capacity-planning model.
• Create a KPI framework and dashboards for governance and reporting.
