HP in Barcelona hosts a Data Analytics & Automation Intern role designed for enrolled university students in Spain. You’ll develop dashboards, analyze operational data, and contribute to automation projects within an international EMEA Customer Support Supply Chain context.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in BI, analytics, and digitalization while collaborating with cross-functional teams across EMEA and benefiting from HP’s intern programs and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset are a must, including the ability to collaborate effectively, actively listen to colleagues, and communicate ideas and findings clearly.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in an international team.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data to monitor business performance and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Power BI & Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting views to track KPIs and Sub-KPIs, ensuring clear and reliable performance visibility.
• Process Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks and support the development of automation solutions to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance existing reporting processes, data quality, and visualization tools based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different functions to understand their requirements and translate them into practical analytics and digitalization solutions.
