Job summary

HP Barcelona is seeking a Business Analyst Intern – EMEA Marketplaces Online CX to join a learning-focused program. You must be enrolled at a Spanish university and available to start February 2027 through June–July 2027, with a 4–12 month duration.

You will support marketplace content across Amazon and other EMEA sites, collaborate with analytics and content teams, and contribute to data-driven improvements using AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Business, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and charts; familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product content across Amazon and other EMEA marketplaces using agreed checklists and reporting tools.
• Review titles, product descriptions, key features, images, videos, enhanced content, and product attributes for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and local relevance.
• Identify and document key content gaps, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities across products and markets.
• Maintain an evidence-based issue tracker with examples, priorities, owners, and status; support follow-up with relevant teams and verify corrections once published.
• Help measure the impact of content improvements by maintaining baseline and follow-up reports on content completeness, accuracy, issue resolution, and publication coverage.
• Where data is available, track organic visibility, traffic, and conversion trends, clearly document data sources and limitations without attributing changes to content alone.
• Draft and maintain best-practice guides, content quality checklists, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Capture approved examples, marketplace-specific requirements, lessons learned, and version updates in a clear, accessible shared repository for team review.
• Support day-to-day content initiatives through data consolidation, meeting preparation, action tracking, and concise progress summaries.
• Collaborate with marketplace, category, content, and analytics teams, and help test approved AI and automation tools for repeatable tasks, validating outputs and escalating questions to the content lead.
