You will bridge marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize customer journeys and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in account management, sales, or client strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with negotiation ability.

Responsabilités

• Expand the customer base and upsell to existing clients while building long-term relationships.
• Onboard new clients with appointment scheduling and account setup.
• Serve as main client contact, guiding program steps and resolving issues.
• Analyze customer metrics and campaign performance to optimize ROI.
• Drive new business through networking, events, and tailored proposals.
