Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction (Site) Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics for large-scale projects in Spain. You will lead planning, vendor relations, and on-site delivery coordination to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient site operations.

Responsibilities include developing logistics strategies for key materials, managing contracts, coordinating inbound/outbound movement, and implementing risk mitigation.

Formación

• Degree in Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement logistics strategies for materials (steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with specs and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Oversee staging, storage, and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion.
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineers to align logistics with project phases.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies (buffer stock, alternate sourcing).
• Use ERP systems (SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on logistics performance.
