Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction (Site) Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics for large-scale construction projects. You will plan strategically, manage vendors, coordinate site deliveries, and control inventories to ensure timely material availability and project success.

Responsibilities include implementing logistics strategies, managing contracts, coordinating inbound/outbound freight, and using SAP and other platforms for procurement tracking.

Formación

• Degree in Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experienced in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in Spanish and very good English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement logistics strategies for materials such as steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and site delivery.
• Oversee staging, storage, and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion.
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies (e.g., buffer stock, alternative sourcing).
• Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on logistics performance.
