Turner & Townsend is expanding its Data Centre team in Spain and seeks an experienced MEP Professional to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects on major construction projects.

You will coordinate with construction managers, procurement, cost and commissioning, and must have a degree in Mechanical/MEP, several years of MEP management experience, strong communication and on-site availability.

Formación

• University degree in Mechanical, MEP, Construction Management or related field.
• Several years of experience as an MEP Manager for major construction projects; Data Centre experience preferred.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task; team-oriented; willing to support other groups and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Construction Manager in coordinating all parties during the construction phase, especially regarding installations.
• Coordinate contractor and project management teams on activities related to their specialty.
• Support procurement lead in managing tenders.
• Support the cost manager in handling costs and changes related to their specialty.
• Monitor contractual compliance, timelines, quality, and safety in their area; coordinate with the Commissioning Manager.
• Coordinate commissioning activities related to their specialty.
