Alexion in Barcelona is seeking a Business Analyst Lead for Advanced Analytics & Data Management to shape end-to-end data solutions across the region, from backend data engineering to customer-facing BI and analytics.

You will define requirements, ensure solution integrity, enable trusted data consumption, and drive governance and scalable data products, with AI-enabled innovations to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Formación

• Ability to translate business needs into data and analytics requirements.
• Experience defining requirements and validating outputs across data products.
• Knowledge of BI, data governance, and scalable data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business needs to shape data and analytics solutions across the full lifecycle: design, validation, onboarding, go-live, and continuous improvement.
