HOLA CONSULTORES SL is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team in Barcelona. You will help drive data-led decisions across the business and partner with commercial, operations and finance to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.

You will support the development of data products and self-service analytics, translating data into actionable insights and engaging with senior stakeholders to aid strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI and/or other analytical tools.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in innovation.
• AI interest is a must.

Responsabilidades
