Alexion is seeking an Associate Director, Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research Analytics to design and drive HEOR analytics strategy. You will hands-on program in R and Python (SAS as needed) to explore real-world data, describe treatment patterns, and quantify disease burden and costs.

Formación

• BS/MS/MA in Statistics, Biostatistics, CS, Mathematics and/or PhD in related area.
• Expertise in statistical methodologies including GLMs, multivariate regression, nonparametric methods, Bayesian inference, etc.
• 5+ years in data sciences/biostatistics with analytical programming using R, Python, SAS in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of real-world data structures and large EMR/claims databases preferred.
• Experience with big data, ML, and AI models.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and analysis/interp of trial data.
• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with multiple projects under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and implements HEOR studies supporting clinical, economic and patient-centered value propositions.
• Manages analytics consultants and oversees analysis activities and study execution.
• Provides statistical guidance and interprets analysis results.
• Acts as a real-world data expert and identifying data sources for valid evidence.
• Contributes to clinical development strategies with real-world evidence generation.
• Collaborates with Biostatistics for post-hoc analysis of trials.
• Generates rapid real-world evidence to accelerate development needs and decision making.
• Supports publication planning, abstracts and manuscripts.
• Participates in acquisition strategy for real-world data and analytic tools.
