AstraZeneca Rare Disease is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Lead for Advanced Analytics & Data Management in Barcelona. You will define requirements, shape data products, and ensure governance and trust across regional teams while partnering with IT, data offices, and commercial functions.

You will drive end-to-end BI solutions from data engineering to customer-facing analytics, promote AI-enabled improvements, and help scale reporting with strong validation, documentation, and stakeholder

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, data & analytics, life sciences, or related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, data and analytics delivery, BI, or related function.
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for data eng and BI teams.
Experience with BI/reporting tools, notably Power BI, and data warehouse concepts.

Responsabilidades

Lead the translation of business demand into structured, scalable solution requirements.
Engage with regional and local stakeholders to understand objectives and reporting needs.
Coordinate requirement readiness, validation activities, and governance across teams.
Drive UAT, validation, go-live readiness, and adoption of dashboards and data products.
