Arxada is seeking an IT Manager for Business Intelligence and Data Platforms to drive the enterprise analytics strategy from Barcelona. You will lead a team of BI professionals, oversee outsourcing, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

This role focuses on modernizing the Microsoft-based analytics stack, strengthening SAP integration, and enabling AI-ready data foundations across the business. Fluency in English is required, with collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• Proven experience leading BI, data platforms, or analytics teams.
• Strong architectural knowledge of modern data platforms and SAP integration.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BI and Data Platforms team; drive talent growth.
• Own strategic roadmap and architecture for data analytics.
• Manage external outsourcing partnerships with SLAs and governance.
• Define best practices for data modeling, quality, semantic layers, reporting.
• Enhance SAP data integration and analytics foundations.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
• Drive modernization and AI-ready data solutions.
• Track KPIs, budgets, roadmaps, and resources.
