Job summary

Vueling, part of the IAG Group, seeks a Data Business Owner to lead data-driven and AI-powered solutions within Customer Operations. You will bridge business needs with data architecture, analytics and AI capabilities, turning data into actionable insights and scalable capabilities.

The role requires strong business understanding, data literacy and knowledge of data platforms, AI concepts, and graph-based data relationships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into data and AI use cases with KPIs.
• Define high-level data architectures, data sources and integration patterns.
• Define AI/Generative AI use cases using LLMs for classification and knowledge retrieval.
• Explore Graph/Knowledge Graph technologies to connect entities and data models.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Data Science, AI, IT and business teams.
• Define acceptance criteria for data products and AI solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance and ownership across solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the data vision and roadmap for the business area, identifying data/AI opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into data and AI use cases with objectives, KPIs and priorities.
• Contribute to high-level data architectures including data sources, APIs and analytical layers.
• Define AI/Generative AI use cases with LLMs for classification and knowledge retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Define business requirements and acceptance criteria for data products and intelligent solutions.
• Monitor performance and impact of data/AI solutions, driving continuous improvement.
