Cross Border Talents in Málaga is seeking a Travel Agent (Danish Speaking) to join our Nordic B2C team. This fully onsite role involves helping Danish customers with bookings, delivering outstanding service, and guiding clients on travel options. The position is 40 hours per week, with shifts from 9:00 to 19:00, Monday to Sunday.

English proficiency at least B2 level required; EU residency for Spain is needed. Relocation support is offered, including flight coverage and housing assistance.

Formación

• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), written and spoken.
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
• EU passport or residence permit for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel bookings.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Offer guidance on travel packages, flights, hotels, and more.
• Handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions.
