Top Jobs Abroad in Málaga is seeking a Junior Business Travel Specialist to join its contact center team. You will advise and book tailor-made trips for corporate clients, handling calls and online requests with precision and a client-first mindset.

You will build itineraries using flights, hotels and other services, look up fares with IATA knowledge, and ensure accurate pricing, invoices and travel documents while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and good English, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer-service and commercial mindset.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, especially with prices, bookings and invoices.
• Comfort working with multiple systems at the same time.
• Curiosity and willingness to keep learning about destinations, suppliers and procedures.
• Experience in travel, a GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or IATA knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and online requests from business travellers, following clear guidelines and procedures.
• Ask the right questions to understand each client's needs, then suggest smart options and extras they hadn't thought of.
• Build tailor-made itineraries by combining flights, hotels and other services, often across complex routes.
• Look up fares and calculate trip prices with margins in mind, using airline (IATA) knowledge.
• Make, change and cancel reservations in booking systems, and issue tickets.
• Keep clients informed about fare, tax and airline changes.
• Prepare booking confirmations and invoices, and check travel documents.
• Upsell related and additional services, and prioritise preferred suppliers.
• Keep traveller and company profiles accurate and up to date.

Our client, an established business travel provider, is looking for a Junior Business Travel Specialist to join its contact center team in central Málaga. You'll advise and book tailor-made trips for corporate clients.

What you'll do

• Handle calls and online requests from business travellers, following clear guidelines and procedures
• Ask the right questions to understand each client's needs, then suggest smart options and extras they hadn't thought of
• Build tailor-made itineraries (dynamic packaging) by combining flights, hotels and other services, often across complex routes
• Look up fares and calculate trip prices with margins in mind, using airline (IATA) knowledge
• Make, change and cancel reservations in booking systems, and issue tickets
• Keep clients informed about fare, tax and airline changes
• Prepare booking confirmations and invoices, and check travel documents
• Upsell related and additional services, and prioritise preferred suppliers
• Keep traveller and company profiles accurate and up to date
• Bring in colleagues or specialists when a request is outside your expertise
