Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Malaga for native Danish speakers with English at B2 level. You will build client relationships, drive sales opportunities, and utilize CRM tools to qualify accounts. The role supports relocation and requires strong organization and communication skills.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00-17:30 and Friday 9:00-16:30 with competitive base pay and benefits. Hospitality experience is a plus, and relocation assistance is provided.

Formación

• Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2)
• EU passport or valid Residence Permit for Spain
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Positive work attitude and proactive approach
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Sales experience required; hospitality background beneficial
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Use CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated)
• Participate in focused sales activities such as industry-specific outreach and hotel partnerships
• Provide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary
• Assist with both business and individual travel queries
