Job summary

Oscar Biludlejning, part of Oscar Mobility, is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Málaga team. You will be the main contact for customers and partners, handling bookings, inquiries, and operational requests across phone, email and chat.

This on-site role requires fluent Danish and good English, strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive mindset. You will work in a dynamic, international environment with rotating shifts and opportunities for growth.

• Good level of English for internal communication.

Oscar Biludlejning is part of Oscar Mobility, an international company operating across six markets in Europe and the United States. We aim to rethink the traditional car rental experience by making it simpler, more flexible, and more accessible for both customers and partners.

Customer Service plays a key role in delivering this experience by ensuring smooth and consistent support across all touchpoints. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and partners, handling bookings, inquiries, and operational requests across multiple channels.

This is a fast-paced role where strong communication skills, ownership, and adaptability are essential.
