Formación

• Native or fluent Danish required.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical support and customer care for a global electronics brand.
• Assist Danish-speaking clients with troubleshooting, setup, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain knowledge of latest gadgets, home appliances, and smart devices.
• Deliver an exceptional brand experience reflecting premium client status.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams for feedback on product performance and trends.
• Participate in regular training on new consumer electronics releases.
• Relocate to Athens to join the team.
