Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a leading digital solutions provider in Greece. You will be the face of the company, delivering top-tier support, solving customer queries, and making a real impact with every interaction.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Experience in customer service and problem solving.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and live there.
• Comfortable with calls, chats, and CRM documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via calls, chats and/or phone.
• Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and processes.
• Demonstrate native-level fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills.
