Miele is seeking a Danish-speaking professional to join its international team in Greece, guiding customers through remote troubleshooting and setup questions for premium appliances. The role includes a fully paid training program and a relocation package to Greece, with a strong emphasis on customer care and technical support.

Formación

• Native or C1-level Danish fluency with good command of English for training and systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace expat lifestyle.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers for troubleshooting and setup questions.
• Assist customers in locating spare parts, serial numbers, or coordinating service appointments with local technicians.
• Balance dual focus on Customer Care and Technical Support to keep daily work varied.
• Operate in an international team where English is the training language.
