RDN CONS is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a leading international organization. This entry-level role is remote, but relocation to Greece is mandatory and fully supported by the company.

You will handle inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat, provide product information, document interactions, and escalate complex cases where needed. Training is provided.

Formación

• Native or fluent in Danish.
• English at level B2.
• No prior customer service experience required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in Danish.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional support regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Document interactions and update customer records using internal systems.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection guidelines.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments when necessary.
